Coatings

MCT applies coatings on actuator bearings, pistons and other high precision parts.

Coating thicknesses between 0,1 and 1,5 mm are usual. Afterwards the accurate required finish is machined by turning, milling, drilling and grinding.

The used coating materials are extremely abrasive resistant with high dry-running capacity. Thus actuators in „free-of-seals-design“ at the pistons with active bearing oil drainange can be operated under high dynamic conditions.
To achieve these properties on linear actuators both of the bearings and the central part of the piston are coated, on rotary actuators the stator housing and the piston are coated. Thus the actuators are able to withstand reasonable lateral loads for a certain time of operation. Longtime and precise operating without steal on steal friction and no stick-slip-effects are guarateed.
These affects the operation conditions of other coated high precision parts similary.

Servo Valves

After a long period of application servo valves and other hydraulic valves may wear out in different components such as seals and other functional parts. Nozzles run out of dimensions and life time, blocked drainages and other oil bores and components simply are caked with oil mud.

With partners of cooperation MCT serves for cleaning up and repairs of any kind of Servo Valves,

as well as other hydraulic valves and replaces the spare and wear parts.of:

Hydraulic Supply Maintenance

High-tech servo-hydrauic testing systems need hydraulic supply using special oil with a high level of purity, temperature stability and a constant flew rate according to the actual required operation needs.
These specifications are fulfilled by hydraulic power packs in special design.

MCT executes out all required maintenance work such as:

periodic exchange of hose lines and filters
testing of oil quality
checking and adjustment of the cooling systems
checking and adjustment of the operating parameters
general cleaning inclusive oil change
controlled restart of the system

All required spare parts and components can be provided by MCT in due time.

Refurbishment

Hydraulic components of elder types can be refurbished and modified onto modern layouts.
MCT modifies, adapts and redesigns actuators according to actual needs.
This is done in close cooperation with the customer and to reasonable conditions.

Many types of existing plain bearing actuators can be retrofitted to hydrostatic bearings.
Steel / bronze- bearings can be retrofitted to a polymer / steel configuration.
